In September 13, 2013, the application about the establishment of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) branch of Dalian Powerstar Power Limited has been approved. The enterprise branch committee would be established affiliated with the CCP non-public enterprises committee in Dalian high-tech Zone.
The Congress of all party members of CCP Dalian Powerstar Power Limited was held on October 23th, 2013 and the first Party Branch Committee was elected. The founding of Party Branch in the company has great significance in the corporate development. It helps to set a clear direction inside the company, to give full play to the role of Party Organizations, to improve staff cohesion and spirits and promote the healthy development of enterprises.
