STANDBY UPS or OFF LINE UPS. It contains surge absorber, bypass circuits, DC / AC converter. When utility power work normally, it will supply to the load through bypass, and charge battery, the machine does not work in that time, but when the utility power is interrupted, the battery will output voltage to the load through the DC / AC circuit.
